6:00 am on Monday morning

I drag myself from bed

Trying to wipe the morning fogginess away

I stumble towards the bathroom

Turn on the blinding light and get ready

I’m considering some outfits, trashing others

I have to remind myself it’s only Monday

No where near the weekend
